What is a Work Instruction App user?

The Work Instruction App uses so-called Named Accounts.
Each user has their own login to use the app. A subscription is required for each user.

A user can use the app on multiple devices. However, this should not be simultaneous. This allows you to switch between, for example, a hand scanner, telephone or laptop.

Can I also take out a subscription per device?

Yes, you can, for example, create users logistics_1 and logistics_2. This allows you to use 1 subscription per device. The point is that with one subscription you do not use simultaneously with multiple people or devices.

Please note that with this form it is not possible to find out at user level who performed which action. This can cause problems when you are required to provide an audit trail at user level.
