Pricing questions

Pricing is per user per month, excluding VAT: Execute costs 5 euro, Analyze 50 euro and Manage 100 euro. For customers outside the Netherlands the listed prices are 6.05, 60.50 and 121.00 euro. The optional Public Access add-on costs 100 euro per company division per month.

Yes. Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial, without a credit card and without obligations. You only pay once you actively choose a plan after the trial.

Yes. Every user has their own plan. A typical setup is many Execute users on the shop floor, a few Analyze users in quality or team leadership, and one or two Manage users who create and publish the instructions.

Plans are billed monthly and can be changed or cancelled at any time in the app. See the subscription FAQ for the details on invoices, billing periods and what happens when you cancel.

With Public Access you share work instructions through a public link, so people without an account (customers, temporary staff, suppliers) can follow them. It is an add-on per company division and does not require user licences for the readers.

Yes. Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Identity Services is available in every plan, so users log in with the account they already have.
