This Fair Use Policy (FUP) is intended to ensure fair and efficient use of the Work Instruction App. We aim to provide optimal performance for all users and prevent misuse or overload of our systems.

2. Permitted Use

The Work Instruction App is designed for creating, managing, and sharing digital work instructions, checklists, forms, and SOPs within organizations. Normal use includes:

• Creating and editing work instructions and SOPs.
• Uploading images and videos to support instructions.
• Using tracking and audit features for quality assurance.
• Sharing instructions with employees within the organization.

3. Prohibited Use

To maintain service quality, the following use is not allowed:

• Automation or scripting that causes excessive server load.
• Storing large volumes of non-relevant or non-work-related media.
• Sharing access with unauthorized third parties or using shared accounts.
• Using the app for illegal, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
• Any use of the service that causes a disproportionate load on our infrastructure and negatively impacts the experience of other customers is strictly prohibited.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement
