FAQ: Subscription
To subscribe, you must be logged in to the Work Instruction App. Then click the red subscription button. Find a suitable subscription (Execute, Analyze, or Manage) that meets your needs. Every company must have at least one Manage subscription. Fill in the requested contact details, select a payment method, and complete the first payment. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Press the red subscription button in the Work Instruction App. Find your active subscription and click Unsubscribe to cancel it. Then click the subscribe button for the new subscription level you want. After purchasing the new subscription, you have upgraded or downgraded.
Log in to the Work Instruction App and click the red subscription button. Find the subscription for the user you want to cancel and click the Unsubscribe button. The subscription will be terminated immediately.
If your company no longer has any active subscriptions, you will lose access to the data stored in the Work Instruction App. All stored data for your company will be deleted 30 days after the last payment. Only essential data such as billing information, contact details, and invoices will be stored for the legal period of 7 years.
Invoices can be found and downloaded from the Work Instruction App. Go to the subscription page by clicking the red subscription button, then click My Invoices to view and download invoices as PDF documents.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to email invoices. You can download invoices from the app.
After subscribing, the amount due will be debited monthly. This will be done via the method you specified when subscribing, such as credit card or SEPA direct debit. You can find your monthly invoice in the Work Instruction App.
Now that your trial period is over, you can subscribe to a suitable plan. The data you entered will still be available, and you can continue using the app immediately. All created SOPs will be deleted 30 days after the trial period expires. So subscribe quickly.
The one-month trial is completely free. After the month expires, the functionality will be disabled, and you can purchase a suitable subscription. You are not tied to anything and can start the trial risk-free.

Execute
With the Execute subscription, you can execute work instructions with the Work Instruction App. Completed work instructions are saved for later analysis.
Analyze
With the Analyze subscription, you have all the functionality available in the Execute subscription. You can also view and analyze previously completed work instructions.
Manage
The Manage subscription includes everything available in the Analyze subscription. Every company needs at least one Manage subscription. With the Manage subscription, you can create new work instructions and edit existing ones. User management is also included in the Manage subscription.
Public Access
In addition to the subscriptions per user, there is also the Public Access subscription that can be taken out per company. With this subscription, you can make work instructions publicly accessible. This allows anyone to carry out your work instructions. However, it won't be possible to see who carried out the work instructions.
