About Work Instruction App

Work Instruction App is a product of Industrial IT, a Dutch software company that builds tools for the shop floor: digital work instructions, barcode scanning and inventory management. More than 90 companies, from family businesses to Heineken, use the app every day.
Why we build it
Most companies know how work should be done; the knowledge is in the heads of experienced people and in binders nobody opens. We build software that puts that knowledge at the workstation, on the device the operator already has, and that records what actually happened. Fewer errors, faster onboarding and evidence for every audit.
We keep the product simple on purpose: one place to create an instruction, a QR code or NFC tag to open it, and an automatic log of every execution. No implementation project, no consultants, live in an afternoon.
Who builds it
The Work Instruction App is developed in-house by Industrial IT. You talk to the people who write the code, not to a support tier.
