FAQ: Subscription
To subscribe, you must be logged in to the Work Instruction App.
Then click the red subscription button:

Find a suitable subscription (Execute, Analyze, or Manage) that meets your needs. Every company must have at least one Manage subscription. Click the subscribe button for the relevant user and the corresponding subscription:

Then fill in the requested contact details and select a payment method:

After clicking the submit button, you will be redirected to our payment provider. There you can make your first payment, which also agrees to the monthly debit for subsequent invoices. You can cancel your subscription at any time from this subscription page or by sending an email.

After purchasing the new subscription, you have either upgraded or downgraded your subscription.

If your company no longer has any active subscriptions, you will lose access to the data stored in the Work Instruction App.
All stored data for your company will be deleted 30 days after the last payment.
Only essential data such as billing information, contact details, and invoices will be stored for the legal period of 7 years.

Invoices can be found and downloaded from the Work Instruction App. To view the invoices, go to the subscription page by clicking the red subscription button:

By clicking the "My Invoices" button, you will be taken to the bottom of the page where all invoices can be found:

There you can download the invoices as a PDF document.

After subscribing, the amount due will be debited monthly.

Now that your trial period is over, you can subscribe to a suitable plan.
The data you entered will still be available, and you can continue using the app immediately.
All created SOPs will be deleted 30 days after the trial period expires. So subscribe quickly.
